Required:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of banking, relationship management, credit.
• Significant experience in a similar relationship development role within the banking industry.
• Knowledge of Gibraltar and/or UK mid-market segment.
• Be able to balance high level strategic thinking with day to day and month to month hands on doing.
• Exposure to Digital and Cloud technologies.
• A thorough understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
