Client Services Administrator - Banking
Our Client, a leading corporate, trust and fund services firm in Gibraltar are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their team!

This role offers excellent exposure to the financial services sector as you will be a key member of an established corporate and fiduciary services provider, servicing a wide range of international clients.
Prior experience working within the banking sector would be an advantage however not essential as in-house training will be provided
Client Services Administrator - Banking Responsibilities:
• Work within a team responsible for the maintenance of our client company bank accounts
• Working with local and international bank, arranging bank transfers, reconciling bank accounts, including undertaking real-
time double entry bookkeeping and dealing with general administration work in our Client Services (Banking) Dept.
Client Services Administrator - Banking Skills/Experience:
• Strong academic background, minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Mathematics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not essential or is at least part AAT
qualified, or possess a similar or higher qualification. Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and highly organized individual who is an excellent team player.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (required) and Viewpoint (preferred).
