We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser for well known retail establishment in Gibraltar. If you hold previous VM experience or are a creative recent graduate/school leaver with a passion for fashion this could be a fantastic opportunity!

As the Visual Merchandiser you will implement and deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the business brand, to enhance the customer experience and to maximise sales through visual techniques.


Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities:

• Work with VM Manager / Section Managers to deliver the business visual merchandising look and feel
across the store.

• Knowledgeable of product range, equipment, stock density and linear efficiencies to influence decision
making in store.

• Liaise with store management to ensure effective stock maintenance relating to VM displays.

• Implement campaigns in a timely and effective manner as instructed by company guidelines and in line
with instructions from VM Manager/ Store Manager

• Work with store management teams to plan and implement sales floor moves.

Visual Merchandiser Experience/Skills:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising (preferred, but not essential)
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Creative and inspirational
• Sales Driven
• Ability to prioritise workloads.
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Full driving licence preferred.
