Full-Time Technical Account Manager (Remote)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage integrations, provide technical oversight to our merchant partners, and maintain comprehensive reporting across our payment ecosystem. This is a fully remote position offering flexible working hours, with a preference for some overlap with Central European Time (CET).

Qualifications:
2+ years in fintech, PSP, or related technical roles

Understanding of payment flows, APIs, and dashboard tools

Ability to analyze logs, debug basic issues, and escalate when necessary

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Bonus: Familiarity with PSPs like Stripe, Checkout.com, Adyen, etc.
