Restaurant and Bar Manager
We are seeking a Resturant and Bar Manager.
Schedule: Operations run from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 to 00:00
Main Responsibilities of the Position:
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
Manage and guide staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Innovate and manage menu selection, presentation, and pricing in collaboration with our culinary team.
Requirements
Education / Qualification: University degree preferred
Experience in Position (years): 2 years preferred
Experience in similar sector / department (years): 5 years
Languages (speak/read/write/understand): High level of English, high level of Spanish
Competencies / Qualities sought for the position:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Restaurant or Bar Manager in a high-volume, high-end environment, strong leadership and organizational skills, and knowledge of best practices in food and beverage service. They should be creative in menu planning, flexible with shifts, and proficient in English. A degree in Hospitality is preferrede.
