We are currently seeking a an Associate Director - Finance for our client.

The Associate Director – Finance is a senior member of the finance leadership team, responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the organization’s financial management. The role ensures robust financial governance, effective business partnering, and delivery of accurate, timely reporting to support decision-making at executive and board levels.

Qualifications, skills and experience:


Must be fluent in English and ideally fluent in Spanish (written and oral)
Preferably possess Accounting Qualifications ACCA, ACA or similar
Ideally 5+ years’ experience in senior accounting role
Strong financial management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and other related areas
Technical accounting knowledge coupled with the desire and ability to be the ‘subject matter expert’
Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with corporate strategy
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude
Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills
Ability to monitor & implement internal controls
Have a resilient, flexible and positive attitude
