We’re seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our clients team as an Trainee IT Software Consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate to gain hands-on experience in software consultancy, client engagement, and technical problem-solving.
?? Responsibilities
Assist in software implementation, configuration, and support for clients.
Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with senior consultants and developers on project delivery.
Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
?? Requirements
Degree, diploma, or coursework in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, or CRM systems is a plus.
