We are recruiting for our client a dynamic professional to oversee the management and maintenance of estates and facilities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a safe working environment.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities, coordinating service providers, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in **estate and facilities management**.
- Strong knowledge of **health & safety regulations**, building compliance, and risk management.
- Ability to manage **maintenance contracts, service providers, and budgets**.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience managing **multi-site or international facilities**.
- Strong relationships with **contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies**.
- Knowledge of **sustainability initiatives** and energy efficiency projects.
- Additional language skills.
