We’re looking for a dynamic professional with 2 years PQE to join our Clients team and play a key role in shaping complex transactions, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth in the financial sector.
About the Role
This position offers exposure to high-value commercial and finance contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with international stakeholders, helping to safeguard compliance standards while enabling strategic opportunities.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong experience drafting complex English law commercial and finance contracts
- Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Previous experience in a financial organisation or similar sector
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and AML regulations
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Established relationships with international banks and counterparties
- Expertise in international banking compliance and risk management oversight
- Experience handling cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
- Fluency in additional languages
