Full-Time | Hospitality | Leadership Role
Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional guest experiences? We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the restaurant, bar, and events operations, driving service excellence and commercial success across the department.
About the Role
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead a diverse team across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop F&B teams to deliver outstanding service and achieve operational KPIs.
Oversee restaurant, bar, banqueting, and events operations, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Manage departmental financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll control, cost management, and P&L review.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety regulations, and internal audit standards.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
Utilise POS and hospitality management systems (Lightspeed preferred) to support reporting, stock control, and operational accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in Food & Beverage management within a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, payroll, and P&L.
In-depth operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, banqueting, and events environments.
A confident, inspiring leader with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Solid understanding of HACCP, health & safety, and audit processes.
Experience with POS systems — ideally Lightspeed — and other hospitality tools.
