We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Compliance for one of our clients. This position is based in Gibraltar and requires an individual who is already regulated and eligible to work in Gibraltar.
Key Requirements
- Deep understanding of Gibraltar and UK regulatory frameworks, including Compliance, KYC, AML, Sanctions, and financial crime
- Strong fintech knowledge with proven experience in financial services
- Experience across multiple jurisdictions and familiarity with international best practices
- AML/Compliance background within financial services and complementary sectors such as crypto, e-commerce, or payments
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in payments, AML, compliance auditing, compliance analysis, or as a Compliance Officer (experience within an issuing organisation is a plus)
- Background in auditing, compliance, or other regulatory fields
Already living in Gibraltar or the surrounding areas.
