We are seeking a Consulting Project Manager (Hands-On Role) - 6 months Temporary Position.
This role is based on-site and involves actively driving, coordinating, and delivering
strategic and operational projects within our live 4-star hotel environment. We’re looking for someone
with a practical, sleeves-rolled-up approach who can work closely with our hotel team to ensure projects
are executed efficiently, with minimal disruption to guests and operations

- Proven experience working in live, guest-facing environments.
- Hands-on project management experience within hotels or hospitality settings, with a strong
understanding of 4-star hotel standards and guest expectations.
- Track record of managing contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on-site.
- Project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Highly practical, solution-focused, and adaptable.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills, comfortable in both operational and senior
stakeholder settings.
