Maintenance Operative
We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Operative to support our property portfolio. You’ll carry out day-to-day repairs, basic diagnostics and planned maintenance across our buildings.
What you’ll need:
- Skills in at least two trades (plumbing, basic electrics, carpentry, painting, tiling or minor HVAC/AC)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service
- Safe working approach and good organisation
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job updates
- Spanish and a driving licence are advantages
