Food & Beverage Supervisor Wanted!
Are you a passionate and experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills? Our Client in Gibraltar is looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead their team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the team to maintain a positive work environment and provide outstanding service.
• Daily Operations: Supervise floor operations, ensuring all sections are well-stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Guest Experience: Ensure top-quality service and attention to detail to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Staff Training: Conduct weekly training, assess staff performance, and implement service improvement strategies.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain daily log sheets, report test scores, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Event Coordination: Oversee smooth execution of events and maintain high standards in venue presentation.
•Quality Control: Test staff knowledge on food, beverages, and upselling techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
