We're looking for an experienced Risk Manager
This is a senior role, subject to approval by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC), responsible for developing and overseeing the enterprise risk management framework while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a strong risk culture.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement the enterprise risk management framework.
Identify, assess and mitigate operational, financial and regulatory risks.
Report to the Board and senior management on key risks.
Lead business continuity planning and risk awareness initiatives.
Conduct compliance audits and review policies and major business proposals.
Act as the primary liaison with the GFSC.
Required:
Degree qualified with at least 5 years' experience in regulated financial services.
Strong experience in risk management, operational risk and risk control frameworks.
Excellent knowledge of AML and regulatory requirements.
Confident communicator with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Living local to the area.
