We are recruiting for an Office Assistant/Secretary. This is a multi-task position focused on assisting on the office daily routine.

Requirements:
o English proficiency speaker, Spanish would be an advantage
o Office and admin experience
o Polite and organised.
o Accounting / bookkeeping/ Secretarial experience
o Scanning, photocopying, filing, shredding and printing
o Preparing files and bundles, preparing documents for storage
o Covering some hours as a receptionist when appropriate
o Drafting letter templates
o Secretary to Barrister when needed: agenda, arranging meetings, phone calls and emails to clients, arranging travel and accommodation.
