Affiliate Manager

The Affiliate Manager will be a primary account manager for the company's affiliates partnerships. They will be tasked with ensuring their partners are managed to a high standard and they remain top of mind for opportunities that arise. The Affiliate Manager will utilise existing connections to bring immediate new opportunities and utilise experience and expertise to elevate the affiliate approach to best in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Researching and finding new affiliate partners that can drive incremental volumes of profitable users:
Negotiating with affiliates on commercials so that scale and revenues are maximised
Continually review commercials in line with results being produced
Onboarding new affiliate leads into the affiliate program; ensuring that affiliates are aware of their responsibilities as a partner and setting them up within the company's affiliate tracking software
Account managing a range of active affiliate accounts across multiple locations: responding to queries and finding growth opportunities with each of the company's key affiliates
Be the first point of contact for the client marketing partners; responding to all enquiries within 48 hours, cultivating strong relationships and positioning the clients effectively within the industry.
Understand partner requirements and supporting them so that they can deliver on results
Ensure that partners and their campaigns are implemented, as directed, to a very high standard - ensuring many develop into scalable opportunities

Basic Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of the affiliate industry.
4+ years' experience working within an Affiliate Management role for a sports betting or online gambling business
Educated to degree level.
Experience negotiating and implementing a range of commercial models.
Knowledgeable of a wide range of sports/casino in the context of betting and gambling
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel.
Strong aptitude for analytics and desire to learn new techniques and tools.


Note that successful candidates may have the option to work in Malta or remotely.
