Compliance Assistant

Our client is looking to expand their team and is looking for a an Assistant to support the Compliance Manager
Responsible for supporting Compliance Manager and duties include but not limited to:

• Organise the hard and soft filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of data when required and minimisation of paper files.
• Maintain Company Secretarial database and filing systems updated
• Production and circulation of reports
• Review documents for submission upon receipt KYC/Compliance requests.
• Prepare documentation for new account opening and bank accounts reviews.
• Completion of routine forms
• Provide ad-hoc support to the rest of the office as and when needed.


• Maintain and update Viewpoint software with up-to-date information
• Compiling KYC information in response to requests received through various worldwide banks
• Compiling routine Company Secretarial documentation & liaising with external company secretaries
• Maintain the register of shareholders and monitoring changes in share ownership of companies worldwide
• Reviewing KYC and account documentation reviews from various banking entities and compiling suitable responses
• Ensure that statutory filings (or other jurisdictional requirements) and payment of relevant fees are completed within statutory time frames
• Manage safe custody register for documents held worldwide
• Good academic record preferably degree level in a legal or financial discipline or legal and financial experience.
