Head Of Project Management

Our Clients Project Management Team is looking for a Head Of Project Management (PMO) that will lead and manage our strategic business projects and develop, mentor and coach our Project Management Team members:

Maintain and improve the project management processes to provide consistent and standardised business processes
Keep abreast of project management methodologies and adapt project management process to the latest best practices
Bring together business verticals to meet project objectives and goals
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various projects/deliverables
Establish the PMO operating model, organization structure, set standards of team capabilities, and success measures
Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects
Trusted strategic advisor, work alongside business leaders to help determine which projects should be undertaken - why and when, not just how
Work with senior stakeholders across the business to support the management of projects which will include both technical and business projects
Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our business to identify where project management is needed to support the business
Lead and work closely with the project management team as a mentor, coach and a leader
Effective communication of all projects to all required parties to ensure projects are well understood with a well-defined scope and the status is maintained for all projects
Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification
Ensure all risks and mitigation plans are well documented and tracking of time and budget is in place
To be hands on with the management of key projects
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the Company’s standards, goals, and values
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
Analyse Financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation


Proven track record leading a Project Management teams
Project management certified (PMP, Agile Prince2 or similar)
Ability to communicate at all level of the business
Motivate and lead a team to deliver the project portfolio
A working knowledge of business processes, key risks, operational and financial controls in technology, financial services or online gaming
Experience of computer systems audit work
Strong focus on delivery with the ability to complete work requirements independently on a timely basis.
Proven experience of leading an internal audit function
Good presentation skills.
Strong leader who is willing to work collaboratively to achieve results
Great communicator who will work proactively rather than reactively
Ability to organise in a world of constant change and demanding business prioritises
Person who will identify and resolve systemic issues

Solid understanding of the regulatory environment for regulated online gambling markets and licenses
Experience in online gambling and lottery industry
