Your name, address, private and corporate e-mail address, and phone number; date of birth, gender, salary requirements; information contained in any documents that you may send to us for identity verification purposes Passport/ID, references, verifying qualifications and residency and/or citizenship status, nationality, and/or whether you are entitled to work in Gibraltar/UK or Spain.
Sometimes we obtain information from other sources, such as Linkedin, corporate websites, job boards, online cv sites.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and the provision of information is voluntary.
We will store your details on our secure personnel database and contact you in relation to recruitment and payroll, where applicable.

Client data:
We require information and contact details about your organisation and the services you provide to ensure professional and efficient support and services.
Supplier data:
We require information from our Suppliers such as contact details and payment/bank details to ensure that prompt payment can be facilitated.
Irrespective to whether you are a Candidate, a Client or a Supplier the method in which we collect your data is either directly from you or from a third party, such as social media sites (Facebook) or career networking sites (Linkedin).
